What is Lokoja?
Lokoja is a Nigerian culinary brand based in Berlin. We prepare quality meals rooted in Nigerian heritage — from everyday bowls to catering trays — and bring them to your door or have them ready for pickup.
How do I place an order?
Visit our menu page, browse the selection, and add items to your cart. At checkout, enter your delivery address or select a pickup location and complete payment.
What cities do you deliver to?
We currently serve Berlin and surrounding areas. Check the homepage map or contact support@lokoja.ng to confirm coverage for your postcode.
How long does delivery take?
Most deliveries are completed within 30–60 minutes. Actual timing depends on your distance from our kitchen, traffic, and current order volume.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount. However, a delivery fee may apply depending on your location.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery in select areas.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request a modification or cancellation within 5 minutes of placing your order by contacting our support team. After that window, your order may already be in preparation.
What happens if an item I ordered is unavailable?
We'll contact you promptly to offer a substitution or a full refund for the affected item.
How do I report a problem with my order?
Contact us via the Help Center or email support@lokoja.ng within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes. Select “Pickup” at checkout and choose the nearest location. Your order will be ready within the estimated preparation time shown.
How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Cash on delivery refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
