Getting Started

How do I place an order?

Browse our menu, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can choose between delivery or pickup at checkout.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track your order history and save your details for faster future orders.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Berlin and surrounding areas. Check the homepage map or contact us at support@lokoja.ng to confirm coverage for your postcode.

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 30–60 minutes depending on your location and order volume. We'll contact you when your order status changes.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You can check your order status on your order confirmation page. We'll also contact you if there are any updates.

What if I'm not home when the rider arrives?

Our rider will attempt to contact you. If unreachable, the order may be returned and a restocking fee could apply. Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout.

Can I schedule a delivery in advance?

Select your preferred delivery time at checkout from our available time slots. Contact us at support@lokoja.ng if you need a specific time outside our standard windows.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (where available).

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All card payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details.

How do I get a refund?

If your order was incorrect, damaged, or not delivered, contact us within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Account

How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

How do I update my delivery address?

You can update your address in your account settings or enter a new address at checkout.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, email us at support@lokoja.ng. We'll process your request within 7 business days.
